Update for collective issue reports

    Hi All,
    We believe that we have identified the root cause for the following issue reports:

    Symptoms:

    * Not able to download A/V database
    * Excessive CPU usage on client
    * Not able to register a license
    * Management console is very slow

    The cause is server side and there should be relief by tomorrow (10/7). If you are still experiencing performance issues later in the day, please let us know.
