I have 7 user licences for NOD and it is working fine on 6 computers.

I have just installed it on computer number 7. It installed OK but when I tried to get it to update it failed with a message 'File not found'. I am nit absolutely sure which file it refers to although it appareas to be trying to download update.ver from www.nod32.com. At the moment NOD is stuck on an old version of the database on this computer.

Any ideas as to what might be causing the problem or suggestions as ways to resolve this please?

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Make sure the server is set to "Choose automatically"

Maybe you could post here the relevant portion of your NOD32 event log here?

OK - here is the log when I try to run the update. It is almost as though it can't resolve the domain names - although I have no problem accessing other web sites.
