At the end of this week, the Official Acronis Support Forum at Wilders Security will be closing. Acronis has been working on a customer support system that will integrate forum postings into their overall support framework, housed on their own websites. It is not possible to achieve the kind of full integration they want with the forums located offsite, (i.e. here at Wilders Security), therefore, the need to move the forums to their own webserver environment. Posting in Acronis threads can continue here for the rest of the current week. At the end of the week, the Acronis forum sections will be change to "read-only" and no new postings will be possible. Threads still in progress at that time will end as they are and will no longer take new posts. Existing Acronis section threads, including all images and document attachments, will continue to be available for viewing well into the future. This will allow the accumulated information and documentation of issues and solutions to be referenced via search results and reference links. As soon as we receive the information regarding the new Acronis Forums, we'll provide that and its link here.
