Unremovable Malware/Spyware

    I am having all sorts of problems. I ran stinger and Sophos, cleaned up several viruses.

    Klez
    NoClose
    Elkern
    MSCACHE
    dloader
    Downldr
    Lalus
    winfav-a

    Ran updated spybot and adaware. Regardless of what I do, the pop ups (coolwebsearch) keep coming back. In addition my computer is extremely slow. It also is complaining about not having enough memory. Finally I can not press control alt delete to end processes.

    Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
    These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

    Then can you see if you can find ths file:
    InjectedSPYBOT.exe
