if you decline promotional feature like toolbars there is a 30sec delay before the install proceeds. Making sure that you really, really don't need it

Wow 30sec, OMG, lol, its a small time to wait for something so powerful and free, I don't know how many people donate to the Author of Unlocker, but somebody has to pay the bills, Driver signing is pricey for 64 bit support, the author has to come up with other means besides what little donations he probably receives, this is how he is able to fund 64bit support!

I installed Unlocker 1.9.0 and have no problems whatsoever, And Yes I Trust this Software, the Author, and the Authors Website.

I don't know what kind of site advisor your using but the site is clean!

 

In addition to the hosts file warning mentioned above, IE8 SmartScreen filter also issues a warning about the site.
