Unlimited Personal License

    Just curious to find out what is shown in the license information for Unlimited Personal License. Single Personal License?

    When I input the serial, it appears as "Single Personal License". o_O

    I paid for the unlimited license by credit card using the member's discount.

    I copied & pasted the license key, the license information shows "Single Personal License".

    Go to http://www.ghostsecurity.com/contact/ and send Jason a message about what has happened. Make sure you include all the particulars of your order/purchase; i.e. purchase date, method of payment, any confirmation details you have available. The more info made available to Jason the easier/quicker he can help you.

    o_Oo_O What is not in order? The link I gave you works. Do not let the dark background color throw you everything is functional.

    Sorry for the confusion. :'(

    I was referring to the license information.

    Let me repharse my question - Am I right to say the license information is not in order?

    No, I have no problem in accessing the site. :D

    Once Jason has received your information....only then can it be determined if your information is in order. Please keep in mind this is the weekend which may cause somewhat of a delay in either a response in this thread or thru e-mail support. I can assure you Jason will take care of the matter and ask that patience be the buzzword for the day ;)

    If you purchased an unlimited license, it should appear as shown below. If that's not the case, the best path forward is to use the contact link provided above.

    Thank you for the reply. Yes, I know patience is a virtue. :D

    Both products (RegDefend & AppDefend) that I bought have this problem. The fact is my credit card was charged for the price of unlimited license.

    Why the urgency? I suspect there might be a problem in their system. If this can happen to me, I am sure it can also happen to others who intend to buy the unlimited license.

    Isn't it better to "prevent" the problem from recurring than to "cure" it later? I guess in that case, Jason will have more things to handle.

    Anyway, I will wait for the response.

    It has happened to others but once Jason found out he was able to resolve the issue :D
