ESS sprang to action earlier while backing up a customers data, which is good - but the problem is I'm having a hard time decoding the filename

and the file was not copied to Quarantine

    Any suggestions?

edit: The backup has just completed and I can see from the backup log that the filename is [E:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\classload.jar-553ce354-752aa92b.zip] but why the issue in ESS?

    Cheers :)

long filename maybe? or that it has two extensions? I know it shouldn't matter but we're still in beta...
