    Universal Shield v4.1 ($34.95)
    http://www.everstrike.com/download.htm

Since my bad experience with PC Security, I don't trust this type of software anymore.
Peter proved that a malware was still able to write on a locked HDD by PC Security.

Universal Shield also protects my data partition [D:]
    NO ACCESS
    NO READ
    NO WRITE
    NO DELETE
NO VISIBILITY, although I still see my data partition [D:] in Windows Explorer and Disk Management. So I don't understand this "no visibility" at all, but that is NOT important.

    NO WRITE is IMPORTANT.
Peter are you willing to test this one, before I spend a fortune on this software ?
    Thanks you in advance.

EricAlbert: This would work with TrueCrypt. All TrueCrypt is, when opened, is another drive. It would be "no access" AND encrypted. Not a "one-software" solution, but something to think about.

R-Guard looks similar, but more mature.
