universal restore will not insatll

Hi

I have just downloaded and installed true Image server 9.1 build 3920. After installing this and rebooting the server the build shows as 3567. It will not then allow me to install universal restore as it says it needs build 3920.

I have unistalled it twice and reinstalled off both the product download and the update download but the build number does not change

Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like you will have to manually remove all True Image and Acronis entries from the Registry then reinstall your 3920 build. Have you cleaned out all Cookies and emptied the Temp and Temporary Internet folders?
