I recently uninstalled PC Tools Firewall to use the Windows firewall, but every time I reboot the PC, I have no internet access. Running the troubleshooter comes up with nothing. The only way I can get the connection back is to turn off the pc then reboot the router.

Any help would be appreciated. o_O

Try renewing the ip from the router. Open a command prompt as admin, type "ipconfig /release" without the quotes, followed by ""ipconfig /renew" without quotes, then reboot again.

Thanks, but sadly that didn't work. I've just deleted/reinstalled the network adapter in device manager which has helped.... will see when I next reboot :doubt:

You could try LSPFix if you still have problems.
