Uninstall Trial version problem.

Hi,

I installed the TRIAL version for Acronis True Image 9.1 server. I purchased the license copy. I have problem to UN-install the trial version before install the actual license copy....... "Fatal Error During installation" is the error message.

Please help.

As I understand you have tried to uninstall the trial version of the program via Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Acronis True Image, but it was interrupted with an error message. In this case you could try manually uninstalling Acronis True Image using the instructions provided in this post.

If that does not help, please follow the instructions described in this previous post to obtain the installation log file, which would allow us to investigate the issue and provide you with a possible solution. Please also create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.
