Unable to validate software

    I just purchased, downloaded & installed ESS v4 for my box running XP 32bit w/ all updates.

    I keep entering the user-name/password using copy/paste and I keep getting told it is an invalid combination.

    It is the same user-name/password out of the same ESET email I used to download it and I copied/pasted in the same manner. I don't understand why it doesn't like it.

    HELP!!

    try typing instead of copy paste
