Unable to use USB boot media on HP machines

    I am using Acronis True Image enterprise Server 9.1 at work and I am unable to boot via USB media to Acronis on HP/Compaq machines of any kind. Has anyone else had this problem? I can boot via Acronis USB media with all the Dell machines at work (laptops and desktops) but never to any HP machines.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Being able to boot from a USB device is usually a feature of the BIOS, if I'm understanding your dilemma correctly.

    All the HP machines I tried to boot off of the Acronis USB media had USB Boot capability enabled.
