Unable to upgrade to version 4

    Downloaded the latest updaters on Jan 20, 2010 in order to upgrade our current installation. Remote Access Console is currently ver 2.0.110. I started with the era_server_nt32_enu.msi and it failed.

    This is an excerpt from the installation log file:

    <2010-02-01 13:12:53> Destination database type is MS Access

    I would appreciate any insight you might like to provide.

    Am I right that you're trying to do the upgrade via Remote desktop?

    You are correct re: remote desktop..
