unable to restore

    HDD with 3 partitions : C: (boot) , D: (data) , E: (partition image).
    Tring to restore C: panel 1 ("selecting archive file") with "E:\C_19sep04.tib ) .
    panel 2 ("selecting a partition to be restored") with =C gives the message "Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk drive" ? ? ?
    Where is the mistake ? Thanks for your answer
