    Just to push this thread back up where it belongs - to the top.

    Where's that update we're waiting for almost 3 months now?

    Hello all,

    Please accept our apologies for this delay with the release.

    Please be aware that several major fixes were implemented in builds after 2089. I'm afraid that testing of these builds is not finished at the moment, that is why the update has not been released yet.

    However, if you would like to obtain the build which is being tested then you can submit a request for technical support. Attach the information about your purchase of Acronis software (order number, e-mail, where you purchased our product, etc.) to your request along with the link to this thread. We will certainly provide you with the appropriate build.

    Thank you.

    Tried new drivers as outlined above, no luck
    Downloaded only available update #554 for 9.0, no luck

    C'mon. How can this not be addressed or even explained after so long.

    Pretty severe problem.

    I doubt you'll get anymore updates for v9 as DD is now at v10.2117

    Hello Tom,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Partition and Disk Managing Software.

    Please run the Acronis Drivers update installation package with enabled logging, reproduce the problem and collect the C:\snapapi.log file.

    Please also do the following:

    - Download and unpack the Device Tree application:
    - Run the application;
    - Completely unfold the \Driver\Disk and \Driver\FtDisk branches;
    - Move the margin to the right in order to see all the items;
    - Make a screen shot.

    Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
