Well. I was unable to get the username and password from the serial code I had that I bought from the store. Anyways, I was using GMail, and my ISP claimed that they didn't block any e-mails. I was using FireFox while submitting the Serial code form. Was wondering what happened... I double checked after 1 day I submitted, but nothing at all. I checked spam folder, nothing... I've registered an old serial code to this e-mail before because my aunt's e-mail wasn't working. I was wondering if that's the case why the new serial code didn't give me a new username and password. Support please and thank you.

I tried using the recover the username and password using the lost license page.

I also looked up on the FAQ from ESET.com
I also tried to use the register page (Get username/password with serial code)

They all didn't work. I've also logged 2 support tickets in ESET.com, however, both has not have any reply from any agents. There was a reply from a bot telling me to respond to the case, and I did. However, I did not get any responses after that. Please help and thank you.

I did that. All the responses I got was just from a bot. Nothing quite useful.

Other than calling them, an ESET rep will have to offer a solution here.

I called. All they told me was that the serial code that I had was a UPC code. Well, doesn't look like one. It had letters in it, how is that supposed to be a UPC code. And @ Trial version, I don't want to have pain to uninstall and install again. Then again, I hope an ESET agent will come to this thread to help me out.
