Unable to obtain Bart PE plugin for ATI 2009

Hello,

I've followed the instructions given here:

more precisely:

But no "Bart PE & Safe Media" link appears to allow download the plug-in

Anyone may help me?

here's what I got on the "my products" page:

Log in via the TI2009 home page tab instead of the Enterprise page, or try using a different Acronis site.

If I log on via the Australian site, it will just list my products and serial numbers, but no downloads of any kind are available, via the US and UK website all is fine.

OTOH, maybe they just haven't got a French version?

It appears that it may not be currently available for the French version. This is what I see in the English version:

Fine, as soon as my other problem related to getting Build 9646 update will be solved, (I've just received en email update about it today), I'll try you suggestion.
