Unable to make any change to ekrn.exe service [stop/restart/automatic(delayed start)]

I accidentally uninstall eset nod32 antivirus 5beta.............but it was not uninstalled properly using builtin uninstaller.
Now when tries tries to install rc version or anyother version even the same version again installation gives an error "unable to stop services,make sure you have previlges".
Then I went to the services and tries to manually stop the "ekrn.exe" service manually but I'm unable to make any change to this service I have even tried "run as admin",the services utillity.There is an atached image of the error I get,when making any change to this service.Please it also for better understanding.

I've used some reg cleaners as well but to no awail.
Please help me stoping this ekrn.exe.

Not sure why you want to modify the ekrn service settings but if you want to take the risk you must disable Self-defense first.
