I did the instructions in "PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST" but I'm getting "unable to load Linux Kernel" when I'm trying to restore during reboot.

Have you downloaded the alternate loader ISO from your Acronis account and tried that?

    Hi Mudcrab
I cannot try the alternative from my account as the registration process will not let me register my copy properly, it goes throught the motions then displays "Congratulations your registration is successful" and thats it my reg products still shows "0" and its an infinate loop so I am stuck.

    Regards
    Charles

    Hello charly129,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

Please send us the serial number for your version of Acronis True Image via PM and we will provide you special ISO image which will solve the issue.

    Best regards,
