Possible malware infection or program problem .

To check for malicious software , use Panda's and Kaspersky's free online scanners here:

    http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Then , I hope there will be no malware , reinstall NOD32.
Remove your current version using Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and then after restart manually delete the ESET folder in C:\Program files

Download and install the latest NOD32 version from here:

    Update NOD32

It's very unlikely that it would be caused by an infection. Try the following:

    - download the latest version 2.51.26
    - uninstall NOD32
    - reboot the pc
    - install NOD32 2.51.26
    - reboot the pc
    - update virus signatures to the most current version 1.1522
