   I got the same message today when I installed spyblaster into my back up Windows 98 computer. Have any idea how we get the file? Anyone out there?

   The answer was in the link I posted in reply to the first poster. It's a standard issue on many systems so we use that thread as a standard response. So far, it has always worked. Take a look at the link above your post.
