Unable to install ESET Smart Security 4 64-bit

    Unable to install ESET Smart Security 4 64-bit. My OS is Windows XP 64-bit with SP2. I was able to install for the first time but after I reboot my PC, I got a blue screen. Then, I restated my PC with the Last Good Configuration. However, ESET gave me the following error: "Error communicating with Kernel" I manually removed the ESET installation with the steps provided by the following link: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2116&actp=LIST_RECENT
    I tried to install again but it always rollback just after the process of "Installing drivers"

    The same thing happens here using the business version...

    i had this problem today, solved it with revo uninstaller
