Unable to install Acronis 8

I have just tried to install acronis 8 which came free with PCA magazine in the UK. I have registered and been sent a key number but after entering the key number during installation the "next" button is greyed out giving me the option of only back or cancel.

can anyone help please

Probably you have mistyped the serial number. Could you please make a screen shot with the "Next" button greyed and the serial number typed in? Please also right-click on the installation package -> Properties -> Version and tell us the version of your package.

If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture with JPEG format being preferable.
