Unable to download software

    Hi, would appreciate any help. I have just purchased software that stops access to internet gambling sites. On trying to download it was blocked by NOD32 stating "probably unknown NewHeur_PE Virus". Would this be the case? I'm not sure what to do now, as it cost $100 australian. As I said, any help would be great. Thanks

    What is the program? It could be a rogue.

    Hello,

    If you have a URL to click on to download the program in question, you can submit that to ESET's virus lab by sending email to samples@eset.sk with a Subject: such as "suspect false positive - probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus" and a link to this message thread.

    The virus lab can then download the file and examine it to determine why it is being detected.
