Unable to clean infected objects

My OS is Win XP Pro SP3. NOD32 5.2.9.1

Did overnight scan with results:

Number of infected objects 30
Number of cleaned objects 0

Did another scan the following night and got the same.

There was no options table for the infected objects. The set up on my computer is Standard Cleaning and the computer was connected to the internet during the scan.

 

Ensure you have created a scheduled scan correctly.
Once done, run an on-demand scan. If this does not work, My ESET security product detected a virus but cannot clean or delete it.
If your issue persists, please submit an issue ticket.

 

Make sure you didn't have "Scan without cleaning" box checked. If that's not the case, check the scan log for more information about possible problems while cleaning. You can copy & paste your scan details here.
