I have just started to use OS Selector and was intending to use it to boot between two copies of Vista on separate HDD. On running OS Selector for the first time the program starts up but only shows Boot from Floppy drive as the only Operating System. I don't have a floppy drive on the PC and now everytime I reboot it installs OS Selector and won't boot into Vista at all.

This is very frustrating as I can't see any way to break out of this and change it so that when the PC boots it doesn't go straight into OS Selector.

I have read dozens of posts but none of them seem to describe the problem I have and while I'm sure this has been written about before I don't seem to be able to see a solution.

I would be grateful for any assistance on this.

    Thanks in anticipation.

You can either uninstall or deactivate OSS or you can replace the MBR with the standard Windows MBR using Vista's boot repair.

If you have a non-Microsoft OEM version of Vista, OSS will usually not detect it properly. See this thread: Vista disappeared in dual boot (Post #14 outlines the basic changes.)
