The program is not that bad (it is also included in the UVK) but it is far from effectiveness of the tools like adwcleaner, zhpcleaner, jrt etc. and this is understable because a large group of security enthusiasts are behind them and the author of the UVK/UAK is alone. To be honest I never had to use it in a topic where I provide malware removal assistance since the rest of the tools usually don't left any traces that needs to be removed but I have it in my collection just in case. You can't be sure if you will need it one day.
