    Ultimate Boot CD Ver 3.1 is ready for download! This is mostly a bug fix release, but some utilities have been updated. The only addition is MSRRC, a bootdisk contributed by Erwin Veermans which is basically an enhanced version of Bart's Network Boot Disk running on FreeDOS. Erwin's contribution should be a godsend for folks who use Bart's Network Boot Disk a lot but found it removed in V3.0 (we had to remove it because some users told us that it contains Win98 boot code). Thanks Erwin!
