    BTW, just to be clear, if you plug your laptop, desktop or smart TV into this socket you have a direct connection to the internet? Would be cool if they implemented this in newly built homes in the future, but I'm not counting on it, see screenshot.

    BTW, I totally forgot about Powerline adapters. This would be a good solution to connect devices without having to use WIFI, I have heard positive things about them.
