That they apparently cannot (as part of the system) easily automatically delete the non-suspects because they cannot correlate the images and arrest records graphically highlights the contempt they have for privacy and the law (this was found to be illegal some time back). And their supposed remedy is for people who may not even know they are on the system, to have the burden of grovelling to have what's illegally there to be removed.

Scot.gov wins pals with pledge not to keep hold of innocents' mugshots and biometric data
So why can't UK.gov do the same? – campaigners

USA still the best. But barely.
Pretty soon all outrage over privacy concerns will die. As soon as those concerned die & all that's left are the phone addicted.

Well it's all about numbers. They've long reached the critical mass of tech addicted zombies to continue to move their plan along. So much so that the few standing for real privacy will be ignored. Case in point - just consider Wheeler and his utter disregard for any opposition against the 5G killgrid which they are rushing out to blanket everyone in a dangerous blanket of radiation. People are so addicted to their smart devices they'll gladly accept being bathed in the toxic EMR soup.
