    Hi all,

been a while since I have been on and even longer (like forever) since my TDS has found anything ever in my puter. Well the day has come that my puter as aquired 19 nastys and I am not sure how to go about getting them out.

They are all sitting in the lower alarm box of TDS. Can I just highlight them and delete? Any suggestions/help would be appreciated as I want to get my puter back to normal

    Very Best Regards,
    FireDancer :'(

High Fire Dancer, Can you post a copy (cut and paste) off your scandump.txt or if that us not available your log file. TDS menu - logfile - Nov and the scan date log details?
Also if these are ADStreams and you have KAV5 then these may be normal

    Thanks Pilli

    Hi FireDancer,

    For the scandump:
If you have let TDS-3 done its scan and there are warnings in that lower part of the TDS-3 console, then right-click in that lower part and choose to save it as scandump.txt (you might like to give it its own name).
That file is then in your TDS-3 directory.

    For the log-file:
Have you enabled the logging of the console-activity?
    Please see this thread:

    As you see :
    in TDS-3: TDS-3 Configuration > Options > Misc Options.
You can find those log-files in your TDS-3 directory; their is a sub-dir called something like Logs; there you will see that the logs are ordened per Month and then per Day.

    I hope this might help.

    Cheers, Jan.

Thanks Jan for the good guide to logs :D

Another thought occurred to me FireDancer, If you are running TDS from the non admin account (user account) you will receive a lot of false positives which may accounr for your 19 entries.
If you are running fro a user account you should "Runas" an administrator.
