uddate w10 , a new partition ,could i delete it?

    hi
    on a pc i updated w10 today
    it reset all the tweaks i have made on this pc
    but i have found a new partition called mbr2 868mb windows re

    i have
    1) reserved 500mb
    2) windows 10
    3) MBR 2 868mb
    4) another parition of 1mb (i have used image for linux parition -> free space )

    can i delete it?

    No. It is a Recovery Environment partition. Updating to a new Win8 or Win10 version is often associated with the creation of a Recovery partition. Sometime the next Windows update version creates another Recovery partition.

    You have three partitions. The 1 MiB is Unallocated Free Space. The first partition is the System Reserved partition. It is Active and contains the booting files.

    the update created the Recovery Environment partition
    i don't use any windows features to backup or recovery my system , i use only image for windows and linux
    maybe disabling some w10 features let me delete this partition?
    there are tutorial to how delete it https://www.lifewire.com/delete-windows-recovery-partition-4128723 for exemple

    If you delete the partition you will lose Winre.wim and you won't be able to make a TBWinRE. You will lose Windows Startup Repair.
