    Speaking of Ubuntu Remixes - here is a new 12.04 LTS release that features the Cinnamon Desktop Environment in place of Unity:

    Description:

    The Ubuntu Cinnamon Remix is Ubuntu 12.04.1 with Unity removed and replaced by Cinnamon with two panel (classic) configuration as default, multimedia extras included and preinstalled along with Firefox plugins and addons. Weather applet is also preinstalled.

    Available in 32 bit and 64 bit versions - its stock Ubuntu - just with a different interface.
