Since we're nearly a quarter of the way already in some might argue it's about time? Personally I feel like high tech digital has gotten away from everyone including it's initial proponents and looks like with all the problems be they up or down, it might needs be they'll be driven to spend the next quarter century just trying to get a handle (or control) on it. Now exactly for what purpose the regulations action taken will look like or what we are to expect, that should present a whole new ball of wax of it's own.
