Not quite as sleek and organized as TU2011, but still very nice.

Possible dumb question. I have version 2010, is there a free update?

Nope. They charge $29.95 to upgrade to version 2012 ($19.95 to those who took advantage of their "pre-order" special).

What can this do, that can't be done with free software?

    Genuine question.

Nice, but I'm now again "in love" with System Mechanic. Loving all its new/improved features, it's now a really serious and complete automatic tune-up suite, very stable and issue-free (unlike older versions I tested in the past).

Will give TuneUp Utilities 2012 a try after I get an issue with System Mechanic, which still didn't happen.

Program Deactivator did not detect Secunia PSI running 3 background processes :doubt: , It's file cleaning abilities are quite limited too.
