    I recommend installing Hitman Pro and Malwarebytes and doing a full scan with both... contact offer removed - as this is the Eset Support forum, it's better to follow Marcos' suggestion to have the person contact Eset Customer Care for direct support assistance. Thanks.

    It may be just a non-standard MBR. I wouldn't run other tools to repair MBR unless you know what you're doing and have backed up all crucial data.
    In cases like this, I'd suggest contacting customer care who will asist you with creating an image of your MBR and supplying it to the ESET viruslab for perusal.
