Trying to create a simple GUI...

Hey guys, i'm trying to:

1- install (copy) the contens of my pendrive to the computer,

2- and also to create a simple GUI containing shortcuts to those contents (exe's, folders...).

For the first part, I used InstallShield 2010 to compress and send the contents to "C:\Program Files\folder"

For the second part, i'm not able to find anything that doesn't involve coding... is there any simple program or something that I can use to create a GUI?
