Trying out Avira again, how do I deny access to a file for detection?

I remember that being an option in the past, did they remove it or an I just not looking deep enough in the settings?

No, deny access was an antivirus detection setting, I remember it had deny access, quarantine, delete file as options on what to do with an infection. I see it has rename now, maybe that is what they renamed it to or changed it to that?
