Try again...NeoTracePro pings Michigan why?

I am unable to find a previous post and didnt ever get any response and thats probably why but I thought for sure this would be a simple answer considering the nature of the topics here anyway enough griping so here is my question again please can someone explain why my IP trace program always lately pings Michigan I have run all the spyware programs I can find and I pay for most of them and its no use. I dont need this program its just fun sometimes to see where in the world things come from I am worried there is a logging spyware on my pc and it bugs the hell out of me something is on here that nothing has been able to remove yet help please!
