Is this new, as i don't recall seeing it before on other detects ?

It's been there as long as I can remember :doubt: But Joe will clarify if I'm wrong! ;)

If you click Trust it will be automatically added to the Detection Overrides section!

If you say from your first post that it is a FP follow the instructions on sending a scan log in this post to get it fixed: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=245129

No, it's something i know is ok, but Prevx considers it, not bad but dodgy ;) So i'm sure they wouldn't reverse the detect status globally. I'm sure i've sent it to them before, i forget as i've sent so many files to various vendors etc :D

Thanks for assisting :thumb: and :p to Prevx

Sorry for the lack of a response - I read this post on my phone and started to respond but it apparently didn't post it again...

The dialog you're seeing is slightly different for SafeOnline users than for the normal Prevx 3.0 users. You are correct in that it will just add it to detection overrides so clicking Trust won't create any other problems :) We show this dialog for "low risk" infections that Prevx also cleans to prevent their execution initially.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
