My archives are on an external USB hard drive. When I choose Restore, select the .tlb, and get to 'Proceed', after I click Proceed nothing happens. I tried this a number of times, but couldn't get the restore to start. No error message, no log entry. Am I doing something wrong? I was able to restore a full disk image by booting from the recovery CD, but could not do it from the TI Window. I am very tempted to go back to my Acronis TI 11. Would I just uninstall 2009 and then install 11? The Acronis website shows me as having one license, for the 2009, which suggests to me that I don't have a license for the 11 any more.
