True Image: Quality feeling?

I'm very interested in using Acronis True Image, and I've downloaded the trial version and I have tried using it.

While I can do some simple things in the program successfully, I've noticed that doing harder things isn't very easy. I've also noticed several issues which make me worry about quality. In particular, there are typos and poor grammar throughout the user interface. They start in the splash screen, which says "Initialize..." instead of "Initializing...", and include the text in error messages like this one:

Before I invest in this software, I'd like to hear from other users to see if they can dissuage my concerns. After all, any user of backup software is betting their professional reputation on its functionality!

Is True Image generally received as a high-quality and reliable product?
