true image 10 offered for true image 11 customers?

    Im having the "safely remove hardware" bug mentioned in other threads with true image 11. I see a potential fix is to use true image ten to fix. Is this available somewhere for registered true image 11 customers?

    Don't think so. You are authorized to access the downloads based on the version you register so even the "obsolete" versions are unavailable.

    I think Acronis has made an old version available but only on an individual basis.

    I haven't found any way to fix the prob using ATI 10. I have the prob on several of the machines on which I've tested ATI 11 -- all have been reverted to ATI 10 but the problem remains. I think a windows repair install is the only surefire fix. I've tried every other thing suggested to no avail.
