    Hi

    Please can you help

I have a customer who has used true crypt of his boot drive, the system now cannot boot from the disk

So I have connected the hdd in a USB caddy and downloaded the True Crypt software and tried to mount the disk.

But I Just get the following error

"Incorrect password or not a TrueCrypt volume"

I know the password is correct as it has been confirmed with the customer, I need to access this drive as he has important Data on it which I need to recover (yes I know he should have a backup)

    Please can anyone advise.

    Thanks
