Good Morning ! Currently users of the newly released Trend Micro Titanium are faced with some serious bugs...the app turns itself on and off ... and freezes...unfortunately looks like all the bugs weren't eliminated before final release...and for the money Trend are asking...if I were a user I would be severely peeved...at these developments. If you go to Trends site they're asking $79.95 for the Titanium Maximum Suite...Trend's got it's work cut out before it losses more of what's left of it's credibility,in the consumers eye. Sincerely...Securon

I've been running the new TM Titanium Maximum Security for a couple of weeks now. So far I haven't run into any of those problems. I'm quite happy with it. As for the price, I agree, as I've said before, $79.95 is a pretty steep price to pay. I would never pay that much for security software. TM might be pricing themselves out of the market with what they're asking.

I went to ebay and purchased a one year license for less than $15. I really wanted the Internet Security version, but for the price, I couldn't pass it up. I've always had good luck with purchasing software licenses at ebay, so I had no reservations.

Good Evening ! Graystoke I also ran it on a Trial basis...and didn't seem to run into the problems experienced by the Trend Forum users...apparently this just started this Tuesday...and I uninstalled Trend last Saturday...I am currently using Vipre Premium and although I was impressed with Titanium...until they fix the bugs...I'll stick with Vipre. And as a footnote... Trend has too seriously improve it's Detection and Removal rates. And Cut it's price point accordingly ! Sincerely...Securon

Unfortunately quite a bit of software on eBay is created using keygen technology. Always buy boxed versions from eBay, not "key only" deals. There's no way they've got access to legit codes for those prices.

Personally I do not use Trend Micro but if you wish to forgo the Maximum suite and go for just the Titanium Internet Security suite, you can get a 3 user one year license for $ 24.95 from buycheapsoftware.com. This is the retail box version. As far as I know, this is a completely legitimate site. And, the 2010 version can be had for $12.95.
