trojaned, wormed,hijacked?

    I am trying to install blaster 3.1, but a ISTactivx.dll keeps damaging it on download. any suggestions? o_O

    IST.dll added to my computer-- how ?

    Maybe I can enter thi before my browser re-diects me. Help!
