trojan TR/Dropper.Gen

    Hello...I have got a problem, My pc has the trojan TR/Dropper.Gen and ESET NOD doesnt detect it, therefore i changed antivirus, but the other antivirus detect it, but doesnt erase it....XD

    My requesting would be about an updating of ESET to killing that trojan

    I do not know your current skill level on PCs so forgive me if I speak to far over your head, or do the opposite..

    Please find the files that the other AV is detecting, and put them in a password protected zip file, and email them to samples@eset.sk

    Or you can call ESET's support on the telephone..

    TR.Dropper.gen is a rough generic detection of another AV for certain droppers. It can also be a false positive. Please submit the file to the ESET's lab per the instructions here.
