Trojan Startpage-DU

hi, im having trouble with this startpage-du virus i cant seem to get rid of it everytime the virus program gets rid of it it comes back again

Ok. I think I have finally solved it. Mcafee kept popping up and couldn't do anything to get rid of startpage-du until....
I found notepad.exe.bak on my computer.
delete notepad.exe. 10 seconds later it has reappeared. (this is with system restore turned off!)
msconfig|win.ini tab|uncheck programs which shows notepad.exe
don't restart yet.
delete notepad.exe and immediately turn off the computer at the powersupply switch.
voila
Now just recover you original notepad.exe from another computer or install cd.

UPDATE. Nevermind. Still have it. I wonder what the other one was?
