trojan Horse Downloader.Keenval.E .....someone PLEASE help

    I cant seem to remove this file or get any info on it other than. Its name:trojan Horse Downloader.Keenval.E and infected object: C:\Program Files\Common Files\UPDMGR\UPDMGR.EXE

    can someone please help me remove this. or give me any info. it would be much apreciated. thanks

    i had that same trojan horse on one of my computers, but after running my AVG antivirus program it did remove it. www.grisoft.com i use the free edition, but make sure you keep it updated atleast once a week or close to that.

    Hello. This damn thing is bugging me and i can't find a way to remove it! I use AVG but it doesn't solve the problem. How could you do it?
